All our cartridges are shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class post and the price of the cartridge includes shipping to anywhere in Europe.
If your cartridges get lost or damaged in the delivery process we will replace them free of charge via Royal Mail recorded delivery service.
Please make sure when you checkout that the shipping address is correct as we can not be held responsible for items that get lost in the post due to the wrong address getting entered at checkout.
Returns
All products come with a 28 day money back guarantee. If for some reason you are not happy with the product you can return it to us and we will refund you money. If an item is faulty we will replace it free of charge or refund your money. We will also pay for the return postage. |
